Welcome to SGMI GROUP, a family-run design-and-build home specialist. We do not just build structures; we create beautiful, functional spaces where families grow, thrive, and make lifelong memories. Whether you want to extend your property with a striking modern design or carefully refurbish a classic property, we bring your vision to life.

We offer the traditional package appointment through your own design team, or our turnkey package where you simply share your dreams and aspirations with us, and we handle everything else from concept to completion. We take the stress out of building by handling everything for you.

Our complete turnkey service looks after your entire journey. We take care of the very first creative sketches, manage the tricky council planning application process, complete the physical build, and add high-end interior finishes. You simply hand us your ideas, and we hand you back a flawless, move-in-ready home.
